Olivier GouinOlivier is a Multi-cultural top executive with in-depth successful experience in developing and implanting worldwide management change by designing and implementing best-in-class end-to-end business processes and leveraging new technologies. Responsible for the transformation of IT organizations with a fragmented approach and low collaboration/ synergies to global organizations supporting the business and ensuring compliance.
Olivier has over 25 years of extensive leadership experience in multinational corporations in Pharma and FMCG. The transformation at Takeda included the integration of 5 distinct organizations with incompatible infrastructure & systems across the major entities and the move from local applications to global solutions. Before Takeda Olivier worked at Nestlé in the GLOBE program initially as a member of the core executive team that designed and launched the GLOBE program and became Group CIO in 2002 and GLOBE program director in 2006. |
The GLOBE program aligned and improved business processes and data management and leveraged the standardization and scale of Nestlé to successfully grow top and bottom line and improve compliance.
Olivier has lived in North Africa, Europe, United States and Japan. He speaks both French and English and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) of the University of Miami in Florida and a Master in Engineering of the EPFL in Lausanne.

Robert BorntraegerRobert is a highly experienced, strategic thinker and leader with proven track record in business & IT transformation, business development and innovation. Currently, he is independent member of several Board of Directors and is Mentor for Start-ups at the FinTech Incubator and Accelerator F10. Additionally, he is active in the Swiss IT Leadership community as speaker and enabler.
Robert has over 25 years of extensive leadership experience in multinational corporations not only in Switzerland but as well abroad. From his years as General Manager in Sweden and Hungary he brings wide international business experience and knowledge. This is broadened by his IT, leadership and transformation experience during his time as CIO at Cargologic and Swiss International Airlines. Until 2018, Robert was Division CEO Global IT and Member of the Executive Board of SIX and has for over 12 years successfully led and transformed one of the largest IT organizations in Switzerland. |
Robert speaks five languages and holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Technology & Business Economics of the University of Zurich.
